This Datalink Bankcard Services Company Privacy Statement covers the following entity; Datalink Bankcard Services Company, referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout this statement.

Privacy is Our Priority

In the course of providing merchant non-cash processing products and services, we collect and maintain certain nonpublic personal information. In addition, we use digital certificate services to authenticate that you are transacting with our web site. How can customers access and update their nonpublic personal information that we collect?

Email Communications and Opting Out

If you receive emails from us, you are (a) a current customer or otherwise have an existing relationship with us, or (b) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”). We follow Best Practice standards guidelines on emails we send, and allow recipients to unsubscribe from of our database at any time. To unsubscribe (“opt-out”), simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email communication we send you, and you will automatically be removed from our email database.
